Specialties "Go confidently in the direction of your dream! Live the life you've imagined."
.-- Henry David Thoreau
Mind BodyAs an adjunct to my training as a clinical psychologist I have further training in the use of yoga and mind-body techniques which we may integrate into the therapy to help manage symptoms. We can create a treatment plan that allows you to have a fuller, deeper, richer understanding of your pain and allows you to find solutions that work for you. I often bring other modalities such as meditation or mindfullness into the treatment plan. I am connected with other health care providers including acupuncturists, homeopaths, massage therapists, as well as medical doctors and psychiatrists so that we can work together to help you heal your whole body, mind, and spirit. Throughout all of my work I am interested in collaborating with you to allow you to realize your fullest potential and to help you be in command of your own Self. I believe that you possess the strength and the knowledge of how to create health and contentment in your own self better than anyone else. My role is to help you unlock the doors to find your fullest potential. Pre-Marital CounselingThe decision to get married or to make an official commitment to a life partner is perhaps the biggest decision that we make as individuals. Questions naturally arise about what makes a marriage last? What makes a marriage strong? How can two people function as a team?
